The Sober 90 provides coaching, education, accountability, and community focused on reducing or eliminating alcohol use and building a healthier, higher-performing life.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
Booking a call is free. Paid programs and their prices, terms, and any refund policy are presented to you at the time of purchase and in your program agreement. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Unless stated otherwise in writing at the time of purchase, coaching fees are non-refundable once the program has begun.
You agree to provide accurate information, to participate honestly, and to treat other members and coaches with respect. We may remove or restrict access for anyone who is abusive, disruptive, or in violation of these Terms, without refund.
Your results depend on your own effort, circumstances, and follow-through. We share what has worked for our founder and clients, but we do not and cannot guarantee any specific outcome.
All content we provide, including videos, documents, frameworks, and community materials, is owned by The Sober 90 and is for your personal use only. You may not copy, share, resell, or redistribute it without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Sober 90 and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to hold harmless The Sober 90 and its owner from claims arising out of your use of the services or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last revised, and continued use of our services means you accept the current Terms.
