I am not a coach who read this in a book.
I spent years drinking two to three nights a week in Vegas and Philly. Still performing, still climbing, but always knowing there was more potential on the other side of the glass. So I put it down.
The year I stayed sober, everything moved at once. Not because sobriety is magic, but because it was the first domino. Pull it into place and the rest fall: the work, the body, the money, the relationship I had waited six years for.
This is not theory. It is the exact system I ran on myself, built for a man who wants his edge back, not a diagnosis.
